Card Sketch #172
Home For Christmas Adorable Little Deer Christmas Card
I love this adorable little card! The Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper is definitely a favorite of mine and I love the adorable little deer. Later this week you'll want to stop back and see the card I created for the Can You Case It? challenge which helped inspire the design for this card.
The card base is Very Vanilla. I used Mossy Meadow for the background layer embossed using the Gently Falling Textured Embossing Folder. Layers feature the Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper. Each of the layers are sponged with Crumb Cake Classic Ink.
Using the Card Sketch, I used the Lots of Labels Framelits to create the center piece for the Deer as the focal point on the card. The banner was created using the Banner Triple Punch. I stamped the "Christmas" with Real Red Classic Ink and added the "Merry" from the Christmas Greetings Thinlits. I've used the Holly Jolly Greetings Stamp Set Bundle. The final touch was adding the Home for Christmas Designer Buttons tied with a piece of linen thread.
