Digital Scrapbooking? Me! No way!
When Stampin' Up! introduced the My Digital Studio in September 2009, I was not excited. There was no way I would ever go "digital." When people would ask me if I would ever consider digital scrapbooking I always told them "Me, no way! I'm a traditional scrapbooker!"
Friends would also ask me if I would consider using the My Digital Studio for making cards. Again, I answered "No way, I prefer to make handmade, traditional cards out of cardstock, stamps and embellishments that you can "feel."
Well… I've learned to never say never. This month I've actually found myself using and ENJOYING the My Digital Studio software from Stampin' Up! I created a beautiful 11 x 8 1/2 Digital Scrapbook about my son's first year. We decided to have the digital scrapbook printed and bound using the Stampin' Up! professional printing services. We had a book with a hard photo cover along with a book bound with a soft photo cover. As this was my first digital scrapbook, I did learn a few things but overall my husband and I love the finished product. Now, I'm not ready to share the whole book but here is one page from the digital scrapbook.

SunnyGirlScraps Tip of the Day:
- Bright, fun colors work great as a backdrop for photographing infants and young children.
- When photographing infants and children, get down to their level. That might mean laying on the ground or kneeling in front of your child.
- Click away and take lots of photos especially in this day and age of digital photography.
