I'm a new "coffee" drinker…  Well, my husband will tell you it is more like "chocolate milk" and very Froo-Froo with all the extras that I add to my coffee but when I saw this new Perfect Blend stamp set I knew I had to have it.  This is just a fun stamp set.  When I started creating this card this past night, I immediately thought it would be a fun card to send to a Coffee loving friend as part of the Stampin' Up! convention World Record challenge.  SO, someone will be receiving this card in the mail later next week!

Coffee & Friends are the Perfect Blend

So, I love the sayings and this card is perfect for a friend.  The card base is Very Vanilla with the Soho Soho Subway Designer Series Paper in the Summer Starfruit layered with Early Espresso.  Hokey, I know, but I just had to use the Early Espresso cardstock on this card with the Summer Starfruit.  Next, I have another layer of Early Espresso with Very Vanilla featuring the stamped Coffee Mug from the Perfect Blend stamp set.  In the bottom right corner, I have the sentiment stamped with Summer Starfruit ink on Very Vanilla then punched out using the new Artisan Label Punch then layered with Early Espresso using the same punch paper pieced together.  The flowers are Summer Starfruit cardstock punched out using the little flower from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack and the center of the flower features the Candy Dots in the Neutral Family.  The ribbon is the Baked Brown Sugar 3/8" Ruffle Stretch Trim.
