I love this Truly Tailored masculine card that is perfect for that “Classy Kind of Guy” we have in our lives! The card is clean and simple yet seems complex with the layers created with Washi Tape. Actually, I loved the way the card turned out so much that I made a second card using the “Lookin’ Sharp” stamp. This weeks Paper Craft Crew Sketch was perfect inspiration for this card. Sometimes I look at a sketch and am not certain what I’m going to do but suddenly the pieces all fall together. That was the case with this weeks card. This is a great masculine card that was really quick to put together.

Paper Craft Crew Sketch Challenge
You are going to love how easy and quick this card is to create! So, easy, you just have to decide which guy in your life needs a masculine card sent to them! Are you going to give this card to your husband, boyfriend, dad, brother or a classy friend?

Card Details
- Cut a standard 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ card base. And, yes, Thick Whisper White is my go-to card base! Order your Thick Whisper White today.
- Using Whisper White cardstock, cut a 4″ x 5 1/4″ base layer.
- On the Whisper White base layer, add a long strip (approx. 4 3/8″ length) of the “grid” style Washi from the Basics Pack 3 Washi Tape bundle. Then, layer along the bottom edge, a short strip of the polk-a-dot Washi Tape (approx. 3-1/2″ length) from the same bundle.
- From the True Gentleman Designer Series Paper, cut a thin strip from your favorite pattern measuring 1/4″ x 4-3/4″ and layer over the top of the washi tape with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Select a stamp from the Truly Tailored Bundle and stamp with Tranquil Tide Classic Ink.
Punch Stamped image out with the Tailored Tag Punch.- Create a border by using Tranquil Tide cardstock and punching out two pieces using the Tailored Tag Punch. Cut one punched Tailored Tag in 1/2 lengthwise and the other Tailored Tag in 1/2 widthwise. You should have two short and two long halves.
- Attach the long halves on the backside and longer edge of the stamped Tailored Tag punch piece then attach the short ends.
- Now that you have the border done, add some adhesive on the back then attach the Silver Metallic Thread (tip, wrap the Silver Metallic Thread around 3 or 4 fingers, carefully remove from your hand, twist and place on adhesive).
- Attach the Silver Mini Sequins behind the Silver Metallic Thread.
- Adhere the embellished Tailored Tag punch piece to your card by overlapping the Washi Tape and Designer Series Paper layers.
- Now adhere the card front to the card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Finally, finish the card off by adding some Enamel Shapes.
