Welcome to Day 3 of the 2013 Artisan Entry Blog Hop. As you visit each blog in this blog hop, you'll see various projects from a handful of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators representing only a small portion of the number of individuals that submitted and entered 10 different projects to Stampin' Up! for the Artisan Design Team contest. Although we were not selected as one of the Top 20 Finalists, we are all winners in that we took the time and effort to send in our projects knowing that it is some of our best work!
As an Artisan Design Team hopeful, each blog hop participant submitted 10 projects to Stampin' Up! for the Artisan Design Team contest consisting of the following:
- 5 – Handmade Cards
- 3 – Scrapbook Pages
- 2 – 3D Projects
2013 Artisan Entry Blog Hop – Day 3
Ahoy, Matey! 12×12 Scrapbook Page
Before I discovered Stampin' Up!, I was primarily interested only in scrapbooking so creating a scrapbook page whether it is traditional or digital is an activity I thoroughly enjoy. So, I hope you enjoy today's project as I share the first of my three scrapbook pages with you. There really isn't that much to say about it other than the "digital recipe" is found towards the end of this post just under my signature. As for the page itself… It features my son enjoying Grandma & Grandpa Schmidt's pontoon boat on 8th Crow Wing Lake near Nevis, MN. The photo on the left is of my son, Caleb, enjoying the breeze caused as the boat sped across the lake. The second photo is of Caleb and Grandma Karol enjoying a special moment on the boat. Finally, the last photo is of Caleb sitting on Grandpa Rueben driving the boat under Grandpa's supervision. I'll say that Caleb definitely seems to prefer going FAST.
Of course, my scrapbook page was created using My Digital Studio…
Again, thank you so much for stopping by and checking out my project for Day 3 and don't forget to come back for the next 7 days to see each project entry created for the Stampin' Up! 2013 Artisan Design Team contest. Don't miss tomorrow as I feature the 2nd bright and fun card that I created. To view the projects created by Tina Munzke's click on the "next" button or if you wish to view Anna Black's projects click on the "back" button. If for some reason the link is broken, a list of ALL the participants is at the end of my blog post.
