Stampin’ Queen’s Sketch Challenge # 21

Stampin’ Up! Morning Cup Stamp Set

SQSC 21 Morning Cup Stamp SetWelcome to this weeks episode of the Stampin’ Queens Sketch Challenge with SQSC #21!  I’m really excited about this card using the Morning Cup Stamp Set.  A very dear family friend recently gave me a beautiful tea cup and saucer that matches another piece of the tea set she had previously given to me as a wedding gift.  This dear friend means the world to me and I can’t wait to send her this card as a thank you for the tea cup set she sent me.

This card also provides another 2012 Sale-A-Bration sneak peek of the Everyday Enchantment Designer Series Paper and Everyday Enchantment Ribbon & Brad Pack which will be available from January 24 to March 31, 2012.  This 12 x12 Designer Series Paper is absolutely gorgeous!  I love the feel and vintage look.

To create the tag, I cut a length of cardstock and found the center point where I wanted to create the angle cuts and marked it with a pencil.  Then I measured 1 1/4″ on each side then cut at an angle to the center point and afterwards cut the tip to create the tag.  The tea cups are from the Morning Cup Stamp Set.  To create the tall stack of tea cups I stamped the first three tea cups then stamped the image again to create a tall stack of tea cups. The tea cups are colored using the Stampin’ Write Markers.
