This week I'm featuring the Postage Due stamp set as the basis for my design team submission for the Paper Craft Crew Card Sketch #44.  I've been a little lax with my blog the past couple of weeks but we've had a sick toddler.  Caleb had the Norovirus for about a month then this past week he had fluid in one lung and we were on "pneumonia" watch.  He seems to be getting better now that he has been on antibiotics.

Memorial Day we enjoyed going to the Durham Bull's baseball game.  It was a fun day even though Caleb wasn't feeling 100%.  I hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day and remembered to honor those that have served our country.  God Bless the USA!

Card Sketch #44 – Postage Due

Paper Craft Crew Postage Due for Sketch 44This is another fun sketch from the Paper Craft Crew with Card Sketch #44.  I'm featuring the Postage Due Stamp Set as I feel it just fit this card sketch really well.  The colors are Very Vanilla and Cajun Craze then I also used a small amount of Comfort Cafe Designer Series Paper ("DSP").  I will definitely miss the Comfort Cafe Designer Series Paper when it retires the end of this week.  The card base is Cajun Craze with the next layer Very Vanilla embossed using the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder.  Then another layer of Cajun Craze with the Postage Due image stamped then cut into 4 squares.  The ribbon I used is the Natural Trim which I'm excited is going to be in the new catalog.
