Welcome to another challenge with the SU! Only Challenges Blog!  The current challenge is to make a project or card with the theme "Let it Snow! As a Minnesota Girl now living in North Carolina, I really miss SNOW (but not the cold!).  I hope you enjoy the project I am sharing with you – it was "snow" much fun to create.

Let It Snow

Winter Wreath - PJS001

The base for this project begins with a styrofoam wreath form.  I then used little more than 1/2 a package of Winter Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper cut into 1/2" strips then curled using the Bone Folder.  I wrapped ribbon at the top of my wreath and pinned it to the wreath.   Then after curling my strips, I started placing them onto the Styrofoam using dressmaker pins until the wreath form was filled on all sides except for the back side.

Next, I used the Silver Foil Sheets, Silver Glitter Paper, Bermuda Bay and Island Indigo to make snowflakes with the Festive Flurry Framelits Dies.  The banner is made using Island Indigo and the "merry" is from the Expressions Thinlits and cut out from the silver foil.
