In The Meadow Guy Card

Paper Craft Crew Card Sketch #184

I love the sketched look of the In The Meadow Stamp Set.  Again, this is one of those stamps sets that I just HAD to have but recently realized I had not used it yet.  Today’s Paper Craft Crew Sketch was the perfect opportunity.  I originally was trying to do something totally different but wasn’t liking where my creation was going so I started over.  I decided that I really wanted to use Crumb Cake and as I looked over my stamp sets, the In The Meadow just beckoned to me!

With a focus on creating a Masculine card, I started with a Crumb Cake card front and used an Aqua Painter filled with Lost Lagoon Classic Ink to add splatter to the front of the card.  Then I added a strip of Going Places Designer Series Paper Stack.  From the In The Meadow Stamp Set, I selected the deer stamp and stamped on Very Vanilla with Crumb Cake Classic Ink then used the Circle Framelits to cut out the image which is attached to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  The banners were added again using the Going Places Designer Series Paper Stack.  The sentiment is from the Going Global Stamp Set and coordinates with the 1″ circle punch then layered with Lost Lagoon cardstock punched out using the 1 1/4″ circle punch.  For the finishing touch I added the Antique Brad.
