Card Sketch #136 – Moon Lake Masculine Card
Ok, this is going to be a very brief blog post today. My husband shared his cold with me and I'm totally exhausted at the moment along with running late posting this at the last minute. I just want to go to bed and crash. Of course, I know that a certain 5 year old will be crawling into our bed around 4 AM-ish so I need to get some sleep while I can. Well, I'll confess, I'm enjoying my little boy snuggles while I can because I know that before I know it he'll be graduating from High School and I'll be wondering when the little boy grew up into a young man… Must be my medicine causing me to ramble.
This week I'm featuring the Moon Lake Stamp Set paired with the Paper Craft Crew Card Sketch. I really do love how this card turned out even if I was a bit dazed as I was creating it. The card took about 3x's longer than it should have taken to create it but I was having troubles concentrating. After I took the photo, I realized I didn't add anything for the "ribbon" embellishment. My original thought was to add a Button or Hodgepodge Clip embellishment tied with a piece of Linen Thread. Although, I must say that I think this card is perfect the way it is especially for a masculine card.
Well, on that note, I'm signing off and going to bed. Enjoy the card.
